RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy for returns and exchanges lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival date, unfortunately we cannot guide you forward. 

An exchange request for size and color issues is eligible once per order, and we offer you a free shipping code so that you can use it when placing a new order with the correct item, after returning the unwanted product.

Returns based on change of mind reasons, i.e. not defective items, will be available only if the customer pays for the round trip shipping fee.

In other words, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

NOTE: If the returning items exceed a total value of $150, both the customer and the seller may have to pay extra fee for customs/taxes. Also, we have to submit additional documents to accept the package which can make the process longer. Therefore, we suggest that you return at a lower value, or split the package and send them on separate days. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (product tag must not be removed). If you received any free items during the promotion period, they must also be returned.

You may choose whichever carrier you feel comfortable with, to return the products to our warehouse in South Korea. Once you have returned your items, please forward us the tracking number so that we can keep track of your package for a refund. 

Once your return is received, we will go through the inspection process and decide the approval or rejection of your return. 

*NOTE: If you return any item without notifying us in advance or without our confirmation, refund will not be available. You must ask us for the return process before proceeding with the return. 

 

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Even if it is returned, a refund will not be eligible for that product.

REFUNDS  (FOR RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION) 

If your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment soon. Please remember that you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, and it will take time to actually reflect on your transaction. 

If you have more questions regarding the refund, please contact the payment company or the credit card company. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

We can only offer compensation if that certain item was purchased within 1 month from the day reached out to our customer service. 

Also, please be noted that in some cases the items may not be accepted as defective.

Therefore, we may ask you for video/photo proof to verify the defectiveness of the product. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
